80% old-vine Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Carignan from clay-limestone soils underwent 25 day vinification, regular small pumping overs and aged in concrete vat 6-9 months. Unfined, organic. Vibrant, peppery, detailed nose. Juicy plum and damson on the palate, with good length of fruit. Very drinkable, a smart every-day pick.
