Refund policy

All unopened wines can be returned within 30 days of purchase at $45 per case. This charge includes a $25 LCBO restocking fee and a $20 cost for the courier to transport the returned cases. We can only accept full cases the original box. 

Corked and faulted wines can only be returned for refund within 6 months of date of purchase. Please make sure to return the bottle with a majority of its original contents.
