Each Pépin cuvée is made from organically grown vines, harvested by hand, with no additions, using only indigenous yeasts and no added sulphites.
The grapes in this wine all come from Alsace: Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois are blended to create a wine that is floral and fruity, with tense acidity and a long finish.
