This edition of Naturalist Blanc draws its character from a perfect crop of Riesling Cambridge Road farms down at the Cirrus vineyard. This site is the remnants of an ancient riverbed, scattered with stones and comprised of river sands and gravel. There the fruit can resonate lovely citrus tones and freshness, while you will find that in this wine the fruit is a touch riper and kisses the tart apricot spectrum. Bottled at lower sugar levels than the winery's typical style the wine is only modestly Frizzante and carries a wafer of sweetness the wild yeast decided was appropriate for the year.
