POP White is made from 100% Vital grapes farmed organically in the Figueira da Foz area, 8km from the sea. The grapes macerate on their skins for 4 days before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This wine shows notes of citrus zest, honey, and ripe apples.
