The Roussanne vines for Les Filles are approximately 20 years old, sourced from a small, gently sloping plot with a cooler terroir—ideal conditions for the varietal. After spontaneous fermentation, the wine is aged for eight months in fibreglass eggs.
Les Filles opens with an intense nose, balancing chalky minerality with ripe white fruit aromas. The palate reveals flavours of exotic fruits and lime blossom, finishing with impressive saline persistence.
