Made from 100% Pinot Grigio, Fuoripista is a bold departure from tradition, reflecting Elisabetta's unconventional approach. This unique wine spends 8 months macerating on its skins in clay amphorae, creating a distinctive depth and character.

The fruit is sourced from an old, pergola-trained vineyard rooted in alluvial sand and gravel soils. These vines are farmed biodynamically by a neighbouring grower, further emphasizing the wine’s connection to nature and craftsmanship.
