This pure and highly complex orange wine is fermented in amphoras with indigenous yeasts and no temperature control. After a long maceration with the skins, the wine is pressed off before ageing for 6 years in large, old oak barrels prior to bottling. Notes of lemon, winter melon, apricot jam, crushed stones, minerals, and buttercups.
