100% Zelen - haven't heard of it? Don't worry, not many have.
Zelen is Slovenian for green - green for fresh, bright, and herbaceous, although in this expression they've allowed it to sit on skins for 7 days and then age in stainless steel on lees to draw out some depth and character. Still nice and bright with lime and dried herbs, the tannins give it structure and a long finish.
