Since 2008, Nicolas Grosbois has managed his family’s 9-hectare organic estate in the Loire Valley, now run alongside his brother Sylvain. La Cuisine de ma Mère ("My Mother’s Kitchen") is an organic Cabernet Franc from Chinon, made primarily with grapes from a neighbouring vineyard, complemented by fruit from their own estate.
Fermented in concrete tanks, this dry wine is bright, supple, and food-friendly. Its smooth palate features juicy blackberry flavours, vibrant acidity, and a satisfying finish—perfect for any dinner table.
