Each Pepin cuvée is made from organically grown vines, harvested by hand, with no additions, using only indigenous yeasts and no added sulphites.
The grapes come from different regions of France (primarily Alsace) and the assemblages change each time.
This blend is Gewurztraminer and Auxerrois - tangerines and spice leap out of the glass, and the tannins create a wine that can share the stage with food or happily take the spotlight for itself.
