Well, this unique skin-contact Pinot Grigio from Terre di Chieti, Abruzzo is technically an 'orange wine' but can totally pass as a rosé.
Copper in colour with an elegant aroma of pink grapefruit, ripe apricots and peach. Fresh, yet quite savoury on the palate. Great on its own but if we were to let you in on an insider tip... it is outstanding with a shrimp and cucumber wrap.
