Papegaai is a lively and herbaceous co-ferment of all of the varieties grown on Badenhorst's Kalmoesfontein farm including Cinsault, Chenin Blanc, Palomino and Syrah. Light and easy-drinking, with raspberry fruit flavours and smoky-herbaceousness on the finish.
