Eric Texier is a key figure in the Rhône, known for his transformative approach to winemaking. A Bordeaux native near Lyon since 1979, his wines reflect a joyful, innovative spirit while challenging conventions.

Named after Eric's quirky cat, this playful blend combines 45% Grenache, 35% Cinsault, and 20% assorted white grapes. While some fruit is sourced, everything is certified organic. Partially de-stemmed and aged in concrete, this light red delivers bold aromas of dried meats, tobacco, and dark cherry, balanced by crisp acidity. It's a delightful mix of richness and freshness.
