Muddy Water (the literal translation of Waipara) was founded in the Waipara Valley almost a quarter-century ago by Jane and Michael East and is now stewarded by the Thomas family.  Pioneering from the get-go, upon planting the vineyard with experimental varieties in ’93, the Easts made the decision to forgo the use of chemical herbicides, pesticides in fungicides, opting instead for a more hands-on approach in the vineyard using Organic and Biodynamic methods.

You’ll receive 12 different bottles geared toward the season (sparkling, white, red, rosé and skin-contact)! We select wines from over 150 producers around the world. All wine is sourced from organic, biodynamic and natural winemakers. The case is curated by a small team of Sommeliers who love to find fun, small cuvées from the most exciting and passionate producers in our portfolio.
