Not Another Vemut (NAV) is crafted by Spiriti Artigiani who are on a mission to craft premium-artisinal liqueurs using only the best herbs. Made with Pinot Grigio as the base wine and infused with 27 botanical herbs such as: chinotto, cherry, chamomile, dittany, yarrow, wormwood, tarragon, pink pepper, nutmeg, rhubarb, and licorice, NAV offers intense aromas of bergamot, red fruit and sweet spice. On the palate it is medium-bodied with punchy acidity and a slightly-bitter finish making it the perfect aperitivo drink or post-meal digestivo. Best served as a component of a classic cocktail or over ice.
