The grapes for the wine come from biodynamically farmed parcels of St. Laurent, Zweigelt, Rösler and Blaufränkisch in the Burgenland region of Austria. Light maceration periods took place of between 8 days and two weeks, with a small percentage of whole bunches. Aged in old barrels and foudres for eight months, then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
