Fruity, Floral and spicy aromas accompanied by sweet notes of sugared almond. In the mouth is it is dry, with balanced tannins and a pleasant acidity. 100% Raboso Hand harvested and biodynamically grown. When spring starts, the wine is bottled when nature is blooming, according to Maria Thun’s biodynamic calendar. Once in the bottle, residual sugars are transformed by yeasts into alcohol and carbon dioxide, obtaining a natural sparkling wine.
