As always this cuvee from Bruno is 100% Cabernet Franc, highlighting its fruit and freshness thanks to being raised entirely in cement vat. Certified organic, worked biodynamically, never fined, never filtered, and just a touch of sulfur.
Bruno thinks of this as a great opener with paté, charcuterie, and cheese. But don’t be afraid to take it to the lunch or dinner table with roast chicken, burgers or pork. Ageing potential: 5-7 years.
