Straw yellow with green reflections. On the nose, Annick invites with the freshness and elegance of Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate the citrus and fresh fruit notes are enriched with flavor and structure, with nuances of muscat thanks to the short maceration on the skins of Vermentino.

Aromatic White Wine
Sauvignon Blanc (85%) and Vermentino (15%) were hand picked and selected in two phases, a first selection in the field and a second, and more accurate, in the cellar, before pressing, to ensure excellent quality. The vinification of the two varieties takes place differently, to better express their character and their typicality. To maintain the freshness of Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes follow the vinification in white, and are pressed immediately and fermented at controlled temperature, only on indigenous yeasts. The Vermentino is macerated on the skins for about 4 days, to extract the phenols and give more structure. Subsequently also the Vermentino is fermenntato only on indigenous yeasts in cement vats. After fermentation and assembly, the wine remained in contact with its lees for about 4 months.
Classic with fish and shellfish, thanks to its freshness and good structure is also interesting with white meats, then it is perfect in combination with typical Tuscan cured meats, which manages to clean up the fatness and harmonize the aromas. How to serve: 9 - 10 degrees
